OUR SERVICES

  • Emergency Repairs

Storm Damage, Power Outages, Electrical Fires, Electrical Shocks, Noisy Breaker Boxes, Lights Flickering Constantly, Burnt Outlets

  • Electric Vehicle Chargers

We specialize in installing level 2 EV chargers for residential properties. Faster than level 1 chargers, level 2 chargers require a 240-volt circuit. They can provide a charging rate of 10 to 60 miles per hour, making them ideal for daily use.

  • Circuit Breakers

Circuit breakers are massively important when it comes to keeping your home running. A working circuit breaker prevents power surges, keeps electricity flowing consistently, and protects your home from fires. Broken down or overloaded circuit breakers can cut power suddenly, destroy your electrical devices, or put your home at risk.

When your electrical panel is broken or malfunctioning, it’s important to get it repaired by a highly-trained and experienced electrician. Hiring the right electrician ensures that your electrical panel/circuit breaker gets fixed according to local and state electrical codes and that your service meets the highest industry standards.

  • Custom Wiring

Custom electrical wiring is the process of designing and installing an electrical system for a home or other project, taking into account the needs of the client and local building codes:
    • Planning: Consider the client’s current and future electrical needs, including new appliances, expansions, and potential home theater setups.
    • Layout: Create a detailed electrical layout that shows the location of outlets, switches, fixtures, and appliances.
    • Codes: Ensure the system complies with local building codes, which may include requirements for ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) and arc fault circuit interrupters (AFCIs).
    • Safety: Provide adequate grounding and surge protection.
    • Energy efficiency: Prioritize energy efficient solutions.
    • Consultation: Consider consulting with a licensed electrician to identify potential issues, ensure plans are up to code, and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
  • Electric Panel Change

Just like your phone, air conditioner, and car, panels will need to be replaced once they’ve surpassed their lifespan. The average panel can last anywhere from 20 to 30 years, depending on multiple factors. If your home experiences frequent power surges or if your panel has been subjected to wear and tear, a replacement may be needed sooner rather than later.

Older panels often have difficulty keeping up with the demands of newer, larger appliances in the home. Whether you’ve added a new dishwasher or flat-screen TV, large electrical draws can put immense stress on your aging panel! Consider a replacement to run the appliance efficiently and safely.

  • Ceiling Fans

We provide expert ceiling fan installation services, including upgrades like adding lights to your existing fans. Adding a fan to your home can improve your lighting and gives you a fantastic way to cool your rooms at a fraction of the cost of running your air-conditioning.

  • Whole-Home Surge Protector

A powerful burst of excess voltage can damage your home and the computers, appliances, and entertainment systems you keep plugged in. The problem can strike anytime from a lightning storm, blown transformer, or poor electrical supply from the utility company. Thankfully, an economical solution is available: whole-home surge protection, a breaker added to your main electrical panel.

  • Smoke Detectors

When it comes to staying safe in your home, no device is more crucial than the smoke detector. It’s such an important device that you need one in nearly every room of your house. All smoke detectors should be inspected annually and be replaced every 10 years.

No matter if you’re a first-time homeowner or have lived in your home for years, properly installing and maintaining the smoke detectors in your home can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home and potential disaster.

  • Switches & Outlets

When the fixtures and appliances in your house operate as designed, it’s easy to forget them until they stop working. The switches and electrical outlets in your home all have a generic lifespan, but that lifespan is impacted by factors like wear and tear. You can typically view how well a switch or outlet cover is aging by performing a simple visual inspection. Light switches get touched throughout the day, and sometimes a single switch can be touched multiple times within a single day. Switches used every day may need to be replaced. Well-made switches and outlets can last for many years, especially with a little maintenance and cleaning.

  • Indoor Lighting

Recessed lighting or LED track lighting can provide ambient lighting for the whole room and can be put on a dimmer switch. A pendant light or a ceiling fan are other overhead lighting options. If your desk is positioned against a wall, mount wall sconces on either side to help illuminate your workspace.
  • Electrical Inspections

An electrical inspection is a thorough examination of a property’s electrical system to ensure it’s safe and up to code. A certified electrician or inspector will check the following:
    • Wiring: Ensure all wiring is up to standard and properly anchored
    • Outlets: Check that all outlets are working and have the proper grounding
    • Circuit breakers: Verify that all circuit breakers are clearly labeled and in good working order
    • Electrical panel: Inspect the main electrical panel and any sub-panels
    • GFCI protection: Ensure that all rooms with water have GFCI protection
    • Surge protection: Check that homes with electronics have proper surge protection
    • Electrical boxes: Ensure that all electrical boxes are properly installed and maintained
    • Outdoor electrical outlets: Check that outdoor outlets are free of debris, blockages, and properly protected with a weatherproof safety cover
The inspector will provide a detailed written report with any areas that need immediate attention and recommendations for improvements.
Electrical inspections are important because they help prevent electrical hazards such as fires, shocks, and electrocution. You should get an electrical inspection on every home you’re considering buying, especially older homes that may have hazardous wiring
